The infrastructure
- Our own servers in German data centers, with our own computing power for AI applications
- No third-party cloud: development, automation and web statistics run on our servers. Our customers' data is not held by any third party.
- Security: security monitoring, automatic blocking of attackers, shielded connections between systems, hardened base installation following documented rules
- Backups and alerting: daily backups with regular restore tests, availability monitoring, alert for every failed service
- Documentation: every system, every decision and every procedure is recorded in writing.
Hosting for your application
We host the platforms we develop for you and, on request, existing applications as well. The same tools and the same alerting apply. Your data stays in Germany, with a named contact person and a data processing agreement.
