Platforms and products
Platforms in production.
We develop software that our customers use for the long term. The platforms below are in production, multi-tenant, and hosted and maintained by us.
SnapPass — wallet passes for retail and hospitality
With SnapPass, merchants issue vouchers, stamp cards, loyalty cards and tickets straight into their customers' Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The customer needs no app and no account. They scan a QR code once, and the pass is in their wallet. Existing paper vouchers and stamp cards can be recreated digitally and switched over step by step.
- Messages on the lock screen: voucher about to expire, loyalty card almost full. The message reaches the customer without an app and without a newsletter.
- Automatic updates: you change an offer or add a stamp, and the pass on the phone updates itself.
- Checkout and receipts: vouchers are redeemed and settled at the checkout, with a receipt for both sides.
- Reporting: active cards, returning customers and redeemed vouchers at a glance.
- Own signing chain per merchant: the passes belong to the merchant, not to the platform.
All data is stored on our servers in Germany. The platform has been in production since September 2026 and is covered by 822 automated tests.
SnapPass — three steps, and SnapPass Connect for large customers
For local businesses, SnapPass is set up in a few minutes. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use SnapPass.
- Create a pass: choose voucher or stamp card, add logo and colors. About ten seconds.
- Customer scans the QR code: at the counter, on a flyer or on the receipt. About five seconds.
- Pass is in the wallet: instantly, on iPhone and Android. Always at hand, never lost.
SnapPass Connect is the edition for chains and large customers: the platform connects to the company's point-of-sale system, CRM or customer account, and passes are created and updated from their own systems. First project for a nationwide car service chain.
Eventplai — steer event catering in real time
A match day lasts four hours; the analysis used to take three days. Eventplai brings point-of-sale and staff data from events together in one system and turns them into a live picture for everyone responsible for an event, from operations management to the stand supervisor. The customer's point-of-sale system and staff planning tool are connected.
- Live dashboard: revenue and sales per stand, checkout and payment type, updated by the minute. Half-time peaks are no surprise; you watch them build.
- React immediately: if a stand drops off, staff is redirected while it still makes a difference.
- Top items and sales volumes: what sells best where. The basis for assortment and stocking.
In use at a caterer for sports and large events, on match days with tens of thousands of transactions in a few hours.
Eventplai — analysis, forecasts, anomalies
After the event, the real work begins. Eventplai turns every event into a data point you can analyze across the season.
- Analytics and history: match day against match day, concert against concert, with attendance, weather and revenue per visitor. Stand and checkout performance, revenue per staff hour, payment types and product groups across the season.
- Forecasts: revenue per event, expected demand per stand, predicted utilization as the basis for stock and staffing. Learned from your own past events.
- Anomaly detection: all point-of-sale activity is checked after every event. The analysis is also available as a product of its own, see further below.
- Custom dashboards: pick a metric, dimension, filter and chart type, and the widget is ready. Email alerts when a stand falls below plan. No IT project required.
Sweepstakes and activation platform
Participants photograph their receipt and upload it. The platform detects duplicate receipts by image comparison and reads products, store, date and amount with image AI. It then checks the entry conditions and matches the purchased products to the campaign. Winners are drawn weekly, monthly, instantly or at the end of the campaign, and on request as a slot game.
We have built and run campaigns for major brand manufacturers with millions of participants.
- Several brands on one platform: each campaign with its own domain, design and email sending.
- Privacy in the image: receipts showing faces or children are rejected automatically.
- Protected receipt images: available only through signed, time-limited links. Administration is secured with two-factor sign-in.
- Age check at the draw and a full history of every change to a receipt.
Sweepstakes — what the analysis shows
Every campaign delivers more than a list of winners. The dashboard shows who takes part, where they shop and what is in the basket.
- Participants: age, gender and origin down to district and state, repeat entries, receipts per participant.
- Products: sales per store, region and postal code, price shares, outliers.
- Basket: which competitor brands and categories are part of the same purchase.
- Campaign: page views, devices, conversion, time to entry and breakdown by campaign source.
- Exports: CSV for your own analysis. Internal and test entries are filtered out.
More applications from promotions: sweepstakes apps with retail reporting, vehicle and resource booking for agency fleets, short links with visitor statistics (qr360.de), AR experiences in the browser.
Anomaly detection for large volumes of data
In data with many similar transactions, single irregularities go unnoticed: one void too many, a refund to the wrong card, an expense claim that is out of line. Anomaly detection checks such data automatically and on a fixed schedule. It compares every transaction, person and location with comparable cases and with its own history.
Fields of application:
- Tills and payments: voids after cash payments, discounts, deposits, refunds to other or one's own cards. In production with more than 30 rules.
- Stock and inventory: differences between expected and actual consumption per location.
- Vouchers, loyalty programs and sweepstakes: multiple redemptions, duplicate receipts, unusual entry patterns.
- Bookings and reservations: multiple bookings, unusual cancellation patterns, bookings outside normal hours.
- Returns and complaints: clusters per customer, item or branch.
- Billing, expenses and time tracking: amounts and hours outside the norm, bookings after the end of a shift, parallel sign-ins.
The method was developed in Eventplai, where it checks tens of thousands of point-of-sale transactions after every event. For new fields of application, we adapt rules and peer groups to your data.
Anomaly detection — traceable and fair
A suspicion needs a reason. That is why the analysis sorts its findings into three kinds.
- Definite: technically provable cases such as sum mismatches or parallel sign-ins. These are always recommended for review.
- Statistical: deviations compared to comparable cases, such as colleagues at the same location or branches of the same size. We use robust methods that single outliers cannot distort, and only evaluate once a minimum number of bookings is reached.
- Over time: changes compared to one's own behavior in recent weeks or shifts.
Known harmless patterns are recognized and shown separately, for example split receipts at a grill stand or regular customers using the same card. The result is a recommendation per case, person or location: review, monitor or no concern, each with its reason. A language model on our own servers summarizes the findings in plain language. The data never leaves our infrastructure.
